The training process, or eib, is exactly that – it is a Training Process.  The process is composed of five different training areas, and a client can use any/all of them to fit their specific needs.  Each of the trainings have their own curriculum, scope and sequence, and the evolutions have a specific expert to teach them.  The training topics are listed below with a short summary.

A) School Safety Survey
An anonymous, online staff survey to find the level of staff confidence in security and safety of the school, staff and students. The survey covers four major topics of security and safety, is 25 questions and takes about 8 minutes to complete.  Once the surveys are completed, we will provide you with an Executive summary and a post survey meeting ( in person or Zoom.)

B) On-Site Security and Safety Assessment
This is an in person, on campus safety assessment and inspection of the campus.  This assessment also comes with an Executive summary and meeting.

C) Classroom Training
This is for all Staff and covers Staff Situational Awareness and Behavioral Analysis of Individuals inside and outside of school/business/church. This training comes from the United States Secret Service and the FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit.  Our instructors have attended both of these training sessions.  This training covers Psychological Baselines and Red Flags in Appearance, Work Production and Interpersonal Interactions to name a few indicators.

D) Non-lethal weapons training
This is for schools/businesses/churches that utilize on responders within their organization.
This is non-lethal, airsoft training that can be conducted within the facility and on your property. These are airsoft non-lethal Glock and Sig Sauer models that fire non-lethal non-marking pallets. They are fired into two dimensional targets that are set up within rooms in your facility.
